For a lower upfront spend, Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser is the least expensive of these three checked listings. Physiogel and CeraVe cost more both per pack and per 100 ml. That price comparison is useful, but it does not establish which formula will suit your skin.

When the lower-priced option makes sense
If you already know that the Simple formula agrees with your skin, the 125 ml pack offers a smaller purchase commitment than the checked CeraVe listing. It also gives you a clear baseline for evaluating an upgrade: what specific difference are you paying for? A more expensive brand name alone is not an answer.
When to investigate the other two
The Physiogel listing identifies a cream intended for dry and sensitive skin; the selected CeraVe listing identifies a cream for dry to very dry skin. Read the ingredient list on the actual pack and compare it with your preferences and any advice you already follow. We have not tested texture, absorption, makeup compatibility, or how either behaves in Pakistani winter conditions.
Do not substitute CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream just because its pack size is also 177 ml. It is a different product. Similarly, Physiogel Daily Moisture Therapy and Calming Relief are separate ranges. Matching the brand while overlooking the variant can undo an otherwise careful comparison.
